The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and fully furnished with lovely details. We enjoyed the terrace with its garden and fountain view, and the beach club with its sunbeds and beach bar. The guy who checked us in provided excellent service and had fast replies. The location is fantastic, with a mall right across the street for convenience. The apartment size was perfect and felt like home. Beach and pool access were incredible, with an infinity pool and lazy river pool that were top-notch. The Wi-Fi and television worked flawlessly. The staff around the pool and beach were very professional and attentive.

The staff, especially Izzatulloh and GUESTA team members, were excellent from pre-arrival through checkout. Great location near West beach with bars and restaurants. Modern and spacious apartment with everything needed for living. Good communication from management. Decent size pool and beach area. Large balcony with sun from midday to sunset. Easy access to mall and attractions like Atlantis, The Pointe.

Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.
